Casa Dexco
A "Phygital" Ecosystem for Brazil's Design Authority
Project Overview: Casa Dexco represents the digital unification of Brazil's most influential construction and decor conglomerate, housing iconic brands like Deca, Portinari, Duratex, and Hydra. The objective was to create a digital flagship that didn't just display products, but extended the physical experience of their concept store in Avenida Paulista.\n\nKey Features: The project required complex logic to bridge the gap between visual inspiration and technical specification. Interactive 'Living Environments' Showroom - using custom hover states and transitions, users can interact with specific elements within a scene. Service Integration & Scheduling to support the physical coworking space. Geolocation & Store Locator to drive foot traffic.
Technical Architecture: The application was engineered using VTEX IO, leveraging its serverless capabilities for scalability. Built with React and TypeScript to ensure component reusability and type safety. Custom Node.js middlewares were developed to handle specific business rules.\n\nThe Impact: The result is a seamless digital ecosystem that acts as a true extension of the Casa Dexco brand, functional enough for an architect's daily workflow, yet visually rich enough to inspire a homeowner's renovation.
